Updates, Specials, and NEWS for 2025

As I enter into my fourth year of business here in Northern Virginia, January comes as a time for reflection, thanks, and updates to all my clients, new and returning. I am so grateful for your support of my small business, which truly makes an impact for my family in real ways, like paying for groceries and unexpected medical bills. It is a pleasure to bring smiles to your faces and find ways to capture memories for each of.you! Thank you for allowing me into your homes, giving me space to work with you, and coming alongside me in this journey.

This will be a different sort of year. I have a new camera! There are new updated prices for this year (see below) to reflect my cost of doing business, and I am looking for new ways to partner with communities. I'll still be working with various organizations for fundraisers, and in addition to my typical outdoor and in-home session options, I'm also looking at other small businesses for some "studio" session options, too!

In addition, the biggest change will come this summer. My family and I will be moving to Africa! We are a Foreign Service family, and this marks the summer where we head back overseas for two years. During our time there, I hope to be able to offer photography services to other families there, and potentially setting up some sessions back here in Northern Virginia if we are able to get back for a few weeks each year. I am offering all of my normal photo sessions and services through July 1st. While this is a BIG change for our family and my business, I do hope to keep updating my social media pages and to work with all of you again when we come back to the area after our adventures! I'll make a big announcement when we return (and offer returning clients a special discount, too!).

2025 Pricing Updates

I strive to keep my pricing affordable for you - I know that having kids, families, and all sorts of other obligations can be expensive, especially in this area of the country! That said, in order for my business to stay in the black, I do need to adjust my packages a bit for the 2025 season. If you ever have any questions or needs, please reach out. Pricing goes into effect January 19, 2025.

Again, a big thank you to each of you - you make the work fun, and I already love what I do. It is my honor to be able to send along proof galleries full of smiling faces and tender moments. I hope that your new year feels like a new start - and I look forward to working with you in these next seven months and further in the future, too!
